<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load of a tool change, and to prevent the chattering of a tool during machining. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided, in a machining tool 1, a communication passage 41 communicating with a coolant supply port S3 formed in a spindle S while being mounted to the spindle S of a machining center, a filling chamber 42 communicating with the communication passage 41 and capable of being filled with a coolant, a discharge passage 43 communicating with the filling chamber 42 and opened to the outside, and a closing means (ball 50) capable of closing the discharge passage 43.
