<p>PURPOSE: A recycling solar panel module and a manufacture method thereof are provided to recycle a broken solar panel and to reduce the manufacturing cost of a solar panel module. CONSTITUTION: A broken solar panel(22) is a broken piece of a normal solar panel. A connection member(30) electrically connects the specific polarity of the broken solar panel. One broken solar panel is connected to a lower electrode(26). The other broken solar panel is connected to an upper electrode(25). Finger electrodes(23) are formed in one surface of the solar panel. Bus bar electrodes(24) are connected to the finger electrodes.</p>
