<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the reduction in a circuit area and the reduction in power consumption by the reduction in a BCC circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 1 includes: a plurality of first data lines dwbus_in; a plurality of second data lines dwbus-out; a plurality of third data lines RWBUS_DQ; a plurality of fourth data lines RWBUS_DBI; a BCC circuit 17 for rearranging the order of a plurality of read data which have been supplied from the plurality of first data lines dwbus_in in accordance with address information, and supplying the rearranged read data to the plurality of second data lines dwbus-out; and a DBI circuit 18 for inverting read data which have been supplied from the plurality of second data lines dwbus-out in accordance with predetermined conditions, and supplying the inverted read data to the plurality of third data lines RWBUS_DQ.
