PURPOSE: A gene delivery method of adeno-associated virus in a stem cell is provided to enhance infection rate into the stem cells by non-specifically fix a foreign gene-loaded adeno-associated vector into a substrate, and to improve gene delivery efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A gene delivery method of adeno-associated virus in a stem cell comprises: a step of fixing foreign gene-loaded adeno-associated virus(AAV) vector in a tissue culture container in which elastin-like polypeptide with an amino acid of structural formula 1([VPGXG]n) on one or more sides; and a step of culturing the stem cells in the tissue culture container. In structural formula 1, X is an amino acid except for proline; and n is 32-128.
