<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet including a vent with a valve that prevents sweating, heating, or the like by restraining temperature rise in a part pressed against the sheet, and is comfortable to use and has comfortable sense of use. <P>SOLUTION: Vents 30 having a circular shape in plane view and passing through a thickness direction G of an insole body 20 are formed in the entire surface of the insole body 20, and a large number of vents 30 are arranged at predetermined intervals in a longitudinal direction E and a transverse direction F of the insole body 20.
