<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head having a high ejection output enough to eject even a liquid of high viscosity. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid ejection head 15 include a piezoelectric block body 5, and the piezoelectric block body 5 is a laminated body formed by laminating a plurality of first piezoelectric substrates 1 and a plurality of second piezoelectric substrates 2 alternately. The first piezoelectric substrates 1 have a plurality of pressure chambers 3 and a plurality of first cavities 9 alternately, and the second piezoelectric substrate 2 have a plurality of second cavities 4. A first electrode 12 is formed on an inner wall of a pressure chamber 3, and second electrodes 13a, 14 are formed on parts of inner walls of a first cavity 9 and a second cavity 4. A third electrode 13b is formed so as to be inclined from a positive direction 19 of a laminating direction 110 to an adjacent first cavity 9 as an electric field direction and a polarization direction of a partition wall 104 leave a center line of a first electrode 12b facing the partition wall 104 for the adjacent first cavity 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
