<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent decrease in generation efficiency of a photovoltaic power generation panel by being provided with a mechanism for tracking variation of an azimuth and altitude of the sun. <P>SOLUTION: In a solar tracking type photovoltaic power generation system, since problems of shadows to be generated in tracking by individual photovoltaic power generation panels are eliminated by loading a plurality of photovoltaic power generation panels on a base, and rotating the base by using one rotation means, it becomes possible to closely load the photovoltaic power generation panels, a power generation amount per unit area can be made high, variation of altitude of the sun is also followed, and sharp improvement of generation efficiency becomes possible.
