<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latent curing catalyst for epoxy resin highly compatible in both stability in storage and curability, a one-pack epoxy resin composition, and its cured product. <P>SOLUTION: This treatment curing catalyst is obtained by heating a mixture containing a microcapsule type latent curing catalyst and acid anhydride. The one-pack epoxy resin composition contains the treatment curing catalyst, an epoxy resin that is in a liquid state at 25°C, and a curing agent of acid anhydride base.
