<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electric module which allows for reduction of the manufacturing cost by simplifying the work process, and to provide an electric module. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of an electric module 1 includes a step for depositing a transparent electrode film 3 in one region 4 on one plate surface of a base plate 10, and depositing a counter electrode film 5 in other region 6 adjoining the one region 4, a step for providing a semiconductor layer 2 on the surface of the transparent electrode film 3, a step for bending the base plate 10 so that the one region 4 and the other region 6 face each other, and forming a pair of cells where the one region 4 and the other region 6 face each other by sealing the open end K of the base plate 10, and a step for filling the cell with an electrolyte 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
