PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor unit excellent in assembly performance.

SOLUTION: A semiconductor unit 10 is a semiconductor unit in which a plurality of flat-plate element modules 14 and coolers (a plurality of flat-plate heat sinks 16) are integrated with each other. An electrode 14a extends from the element modules 14 having a semiconductor element such as an IGBT stored therein. The semiconductor unit 10 further includes a bus bar 20 which has the tip of a thin metal plate and electrically connects the electrode 14a of the element modules 14 with an external circuit. The plurality of heat sinks 16 and the plurality of element modules 14 are alternately stacked. The electrode 14a and the bus bar 20 are sandwiched and fixed by both sides of the heat sinks 16 through a spacer 22 so that the tips thereof overlap each other.
