LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY HAVING SPACER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SPACER OF LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

PURPOSE: A spacer manufacturing method for a liquid crystal display device is provided to form a spacer of a curved body type in an upper substrate or a lower substrate, thereby improving image quality without damage of a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) part or an alignment layer. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display device includes a spacer(101) and a penetration unit(102'). The spacer is touched to an upper substrate(10) or a lower substrate(20) and includes a hollow unit(102) inside. The penetration unit is penetrated from the hollow unit of the spacer to the outside of the spacer. Damage of a TFT or an alignment layer is minimized by elasticity of the spacer.
