<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of medical treatment by a doctor and to achieve efficient diagnosing, in a patient-derived information system including a patient side terminal, a doctor side terminal, and a server. <P>SOLUTION: In a patient-derived information system 1, a patient side terminal 2 includes a display part 21 for displaying a question, an input part 22 for receiving input of patient-derived information, and a transmission/reception part 25 for transmitting the patient-derived information to an in-hospital server 4. The in-hospital server 4 includes an analysis part 42 for analyzing a symptom of a patient on the basis of the patient-derived information acquired from the patient side terminal 2, a storage part 43 for storing an analysis result, and a transmission/reception part 41 for transmitting the analysis result to a doctor side terminal 3. The doctor side terminal 3 includes an acquisition part 31 for acquiring the analysis result on the symptom of the patient to be inquired from the in-hospital server 4, a display part 34 for displaying the acquired analysis result on a screen, and an input part 32 for operation input.
