<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication device, communication system and communication control method, capable of improving system efficiency such as power consumption reduction by dynamically controlling retransmission request information. <P>SOLUTION: The communication device includes: a transmission/reception unit 22 for receiving data and requesting retransmission of the data; and a control unit 23 for detecting a data error received by the transmission/reception unit 22 and generating the retransmission request information if there is an error. When generating the retransmission request information, the control unit 23 calculates a dispersion value based on information related to data received in the past and the data in which the error is detected, and controls the bit length of the retransmission request information on the basis of the dispersion value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
