<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the contribution of a citizen in a personal level. <P>SOLUTION: In a computer system including a charge management server for calculating the charge of a service which varies by predetermined period units and a business management server connected to the charge management server, the business management server configured as a computer connected to a first terminal to which a citizen inputs the amount of money contributed collects information on the amount of money contributed which has been input by the citizen from the first terminal, and transmits the collected information on the amount of money contributed to the charge management server; the charge management server accumulates the information on the amount of money contributed which has been received from the business management server, calculates the charge of the service in the next period by using the accumulated information on the amount of money contributed, and transmits the calculated charge of the service to the business management server; and the business management server transmits the calculation result of the charge of the service received from the charge management server to the first terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
