摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent multilayer membrane electrode assembly capable of laminating gel electrolyte in an easy way, a method of manufacturing the multilayer membrane electrode assembly, a method of manufacturing a lithium ion secondary battery using the multilayer membrane electrode assembly, and a lithium ion secondary battery manufactured by this manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The method of the multilayer membrane electrode assembly formed by laminating a sheet like separator 3 having a gap between a positive electrode plate 2 and a negative electrode plate 4 and a gel electrolyte 15 includes: a process of inserting the separator 3 between the positive electrode plate 2 and the negative electrode plate 4 laminated on each other, and arranging a gel electrolyte 15 on either space between plate surfaces of the positive electrode plate 2 and the separator 3 or between plate surfaces of the negative electrode plate 4 and the separator 3; and a process of pressing the positive electrode plate 2 and the negative electrode plate 4 in the mutually approaching direction and causing the gel electrolyte 15 to infiltrate into a positive electrode active material layer 9 of the positive electrode 2 facing the separator 3, a void of the separator 3, and a negative electrode active material layer 13 of the negative electrode plate 4 facing the separator 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
