<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel capable of being prevented from deformation and capable of preventing an increase in its weight and cost. <P>SOLUTION: In a floor panel 20 for use in a free access floor 21, peripheral edges 22e and 24c of a top plate 22 and a bottom plate 24 are connected together, and a space 26 is formed inside them. The floor panel is arranged in a predetermined height position on a foundation floor surface 3 by having four corners of an undersurface 24d of the bottom plate 24 supported by supporting legs 4.
