<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer that can adequately convey continuous paper to a printing section capable of performing printing in a noncontact manner with respect to the continuous paper even when the continuous paper receives disturbance, and to provide a printing system including the printer. <P>SOLUTION: This printer 1 includes the printing section 27 which performs printing on continuous paper 3 in a noncontact manner with respect to the continuous paper 3, a basic shaft drive roller 10 and a second drive roller 12 which are provided at the upstream side of the printing section 27, a first drive roller 11 which is provided at the downstream side of the printing section 27, a first detecting section 31 which is provided between the basic shaft drive roller 10 and the first drive roller 11 and is adapted to detect a tensile force of the continuous paper 3, a second detecting section 32 which is provided at the upstream side of the basic shaft drive roller 10 and the first drive roller 11 and at the downstream side of the second drive roller 12 and is adapted to detect the tensile force of the continuous paper 3, and a control section 37 which changes a rotational speed of the first drive roller 11 on the basis of a detection result of the first detecting section 31 and changes a rotational speed of the second drive roller 12 on the basis of a detection result of the second detecting section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
