PURPOSE: A sheet for foaming and fusing electricity for connecting an underground pipe is provided to perfectly seal a polypropylene pipe as a drain pipe or a rain water pipe laid underground by foaming and fusing electricity. CONSTITUTION: A sheet for discharging and fusing electricity for connecting an underground pipe comprises polyethylene non-foaming sheet(102), a heating wire net(104), a mixed sheet(106) with polyethylene resin and poly propylene resin. The heating wire net is comprised of two or more heating wire panels. The heating wire panel is formed by arranging the heating wire net in a zigzag shape on a base of a mesh. The mixed sheet(106) with polyethylene resin and poly propylene resin is adhered to the polyethylene non-foaming sheet by an adhesive resin layer(108) for laminating sheets.
