摘要 FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to equipment for processing discrete or solid materials at combined or separate effects of gas pressure of up to 500 MPa and temperature of up to 2000°C developed inside working chamber of gasostatic extruder. Gasostatic extruder comprises load-bearing bed and container with plugs making its working chamber communicated via gas pipelines with gas system gate valves with increased ID. Every said valve is equipped with spring, needle, service drive with piston and lower cover, and cross-arm arranged at said needle. Unloading gas cylinder is communicated with sub valve chamber via internal through channel made in needle. Cylindrical spiral spring may be adjusted by pressure bolts extending through threaded holes made in cross-arm to rest on thrust bearing lower ring. Unloading gas cylinder is secured at lower cover by screws with bodies fitted in gas cylinder flange with radial gaps for its setting without skew.EFFECT: accelerated operating cycle.3 cl, 3 dwg
