PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a turnbuckle pipe is provided to make thread outer diameters of female threaded hole-molding units, which mold a first and a second female threaded holes, be smaller at the time of separating a product than at the time of molding, thereby easily separating the molding units from the molded threaded holes. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a turnbuckle pipe includes a fixing mold(10) and a movable mold(20). The fixing mold has an exterior molding part. The exterior molding part is mounted with first female threaded hole-molding units(105,106) molding a first female threaded hole on a turnbuckle exterior molded part. The turnbuckle exterior molded part is attached to a raw material supplying part supplied with a melted raw material from an injection molding apparatus, and forms the exterior of the turnbuckle pipe. The movable mold approaches the fixing mold, and is closely attached to and loosened from the fixing mold. The movable mold is mounted with second female threaded hole-molding units(206,207) molding the second female threaded hole of the turnbuckle pipe. |
