The invention relates to a dressing essentially comprising: a non-woven absorbent compress formed by a mixture of (i) thermobonding, non-absorbent, bicomponent fibres of the core/shell type, the core being polyester (polyethylene terephthalate PET) and the shell being polyethylene; bicomponent superabsorbent fibres of the core/shell type with a polyacrylonitrile core and a polyacrylate shell; and a mesh made from a hydrocolloid elastomer mass, partially covering the compress surface intended to be placed in contact with the wound. The product is particularly suitable for promoting the cicatrization of chronic wounds, with optimised cleaning.
