PURPOSE: A sub muffler structure for vehicles and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance entire engine output by preventing stagnant exhaust inside an engine and to improve discharging force by increasing flow velocity when discharging the exhaust from the engine to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A sub muffler structure for vehicles includes a plurality of sub mufflers(100). A plurality of sub mufflers includes a first and a second branch pipe(110A,110B) and a sub muffler body(200). A drain pipe at a catalytic converter connecting side is separated into the first and second branch pipes. The first and second branch pipes are joined into the drain pipe at main muffler connecting side. The sub muffler main body is separately installed in the first and second branch pipes.
