<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide application of 4-hydroxybenzomorphan derivative substitution for medicine. <P>SOLUTION: A 4-hydroxybenzomorphan containing carboxamide or thiocarboxamide at the 3 position is a therapy method of disorder or disease provided by changing a reaction mediated by an opioid receptor. The 4-hydroxybenzomorphans are useful for analgesics, anti-diarrheal agents, anticonvulsants, antitussives, and anticocaine and antidrug therapies. Further, the 4-hydroxybenzomorphans are useful for improvement of the disorder or disease of pain, pruritus, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, dysmobility of stomach and intestines, obesity, breathing disorder, convulsion, cough, hyperpathia, chemical addiction symptoms, etc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
