<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic solution operable in a low temperature because it is not coagulated, and capable of obtaining a photoelectric conversion element having high temperature durability (that is, excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency after a long time passage). <P>SOLUTION: The electrolytic solution contains a solvent containing 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and 3-methyl-2-oxazolidone.
