An inspection device for a seal part for bonding a plurality of sheets stacked in the thickness direction constituting an absorbent article, at an edge part of the absorbent article, wherein the inspection device comprises: an imaging processing unit for imaging a region, in which the seal part is formed, of one surface of the plurality of sheets, and generating data of a planar image of the region, as planar image data; a first binarization processing unit for binarizing the planar image data on the basis of a first threshold value and generating a binarized image, thereupon carrying out first binarization processing so that an image (W1) specified by one of two values in the binarized image includes a region (Ah) in which a perforated portion (h) in a perforated state is imaged in the thickness direction, within an imaged portion (A1s) of the seal part in the planar image; a second binarization processing unit for binarizing the planar image data on the basis of a second threshold value different than the first threshold value and generating a binarized image, thereupon carrying out second binarization processing so that an image (W2) specified by one of two values in the binarized image includes a region (A1dn) in which an abnormally bonded portion (1dn) where the plurality of sheets are in an unbonded state is imaged, within the imaged portion (A1s) of the seal part in the planar image; a first abnormality determination processing unit for determining whether or not there is a perforation abnormality, on the basis of the binarized image generated by the first binarization processing unit; and a second abnormality determination processing unit for determining whether or not there is a bonding abnormality, on the basis of the binarized image generated by the second binarization processing unit. |
