TERAHERTZ WAVE PROPAGATION DEVICE, AND FIXATION MEMBER OF TERAHERTZ WAVE GENERATION PART OR DETECTION PART

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terahertz wave generation detection chamber capable of easily adjusting a propagation path of terahertz waves in a terahertz wave propagation device having the terahertz wave generation detection chamber which generates and detects the terahertz waves.

SOLUTION: In a terahertz wave generation detection chamber 200 concerning one embodiment of the present invention, a terahertz wave generation part 107 and a terahertz wave detection part 111 are inserted into an opening on a wall surface, and fixed by a fixation member 203 from the outside of the wall surface. The fixation member 203 includes a recessed fixation member 204 and a projected fixation member 205. The terahertz wave generation part 107 and the terahertz wave detection part 111 are adjusted to desired positions and directions by fixing them by matching a recessed surface which the recessed fixation member 204 has to a projected surface which the projected fixation member 205 has.
