<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short-range radiocommunication antenna device having excellent productivity that can bring a resonance frequency into a predetermined frequency range even in the presence of displacement in positions to dispose an antenna coil and a soft magnetic member, thereby eliminating the need for a strict positioning. <P>SOLUTION: A short-range radiocommunication antenna device includes: an antenna coil; a ferrite member having a larger outer shape than the antenna coil and disposing and fixing the antenna coil on a first main surface; a conductive member that is disposed on a second main surface opposed to the first main surface of the ferrite member and is larger than the outer shape of the ferrite member; and a capacitor for matching.
