摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an optical element, capable of easily forming a fine unevenness structure extended in a direction crossing an optical axis on the optical surface of the optical element having an optical surface with a curvature. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a lens including an antireflection part having uneven shapes extended in a direction crossing the optical axis on a concave lens surface 1a comprises: a main body processing step of forming a lens body 1 with the concave lens surface 1a; a molding step of applying a molding resin on the concave lens surface 1a, pressing a fine structure forming mold 5 having a molding surface part 5a for transferring the antireflection part, formed on the surface of a deformable base part 5A to the concave lens surface 1a, and curing the molding resin; and a demolding step of gradually spacing the fine structure forming mold 5 in a direction in which the uneven shapes of the antireflection part extend, from the outer peripheral side thereof by working the moment of force about the surface top of the molding surface part 5a to deform the base part 5A, to remove the mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
