<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface mounted crystal vibrator which achieves the downsizing, improves the quality, reduces the manufacturing cost and improves the productivity, and to provide a manufacturing method of the surface mounted crystal vibrator. <P>SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a surface mounted crystal vibrator, through terminals 2b, 2c of AgPd are formed on wall surfaces of through holes formed at corners of a rectangular ceramic substrate 1, and metal electrodes of support electrode lower layer parts 3a of AgPd, each of which connects with the through terminal 2c and forms a lower layer of a support electrode 3b, are formed on a surface of the substrate 1. The support electrode 3b, which holds a crystal piece 5 on the support electrode lower layer part 3a, is formed by Ag on each support electrode lower layer part 3a, and a cover 6 is mounted on an insulation film 10 formed at the peripheral inner side of the substrate 1 to hermetically seal the surface mounted crystal vibrator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
