<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid catalyst component for olefin polymerization, which provides a polymer having only low contents of components such as low-molecular weight components and amorphous components dissolving out in a low-temperature organic solvent; and to provide methods for manufacturing a solid catalyst component for olefin polymerization and an olefin polymer. <P>SOLUTION: The solid catalyst component for olefin polymerization contains a titanium atom, a magnesium atom, a halogen atom, a compound having two or more ether bonds and a compound represented by formula (I) (wherein n is an integer satisfying 10≤n≤20; R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a 1-10C hydrocarbyl group, and the plurality of R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>may be identical or different; and X<SP POS="POST">1</SP>is a halogen atom or a 1-10C hydrocarbyloxy group, and the plurality of X<SP POS="POST">1</SP>may be identical or different). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
