A centrifugal rotating disk comprises a carrier bearing disk (302) and at least one centrifugal carrier (100). The centrifugal carrier (100) is combined on the carrier bearing disk (302). The centrifugal carrier (100) comprises an arc body (101), a specimen groove (102), a specimen quantifying groove (104), a diluted solution groove (110), a diluted solution quantifying groove (112), a quantity regulation control member (120) and a mixing groove (122). The specimen groove (102) is located on the arc body (101). The specimen quantifying groove (104) is located on the arc body (101) and is in communication with the specimen groove (102). The specimen quantifying groove (104) is farther away from the circle center of the arc body (101) than the specimen groove (102). The diluted solution groove (110) is located on the arc body (101). The diluted solution quantifying groove (112) is located on the arc body (101) and is in communication with the diluted solution groove (110). The diluted solution quantifying groove (112) is farther away from the circle center of the arc body (101) than the diluted solution groove (110). The quantity regulation control member (120) is located, in a slidable manner, or fixed, in a dismountable manner, in the specimen quantifying groove (104) or the diluted solution quantifying groove (112). The mixing groove (122) is located on the arc body (101) and is in communication with the diluted solution quantifying groove (112) and the specimen quantifying groove (104) respectively. The mixing groove (122) is farther away from the circle center of the arc body (101) than the diluted solution quantifying groove (112) and the specimen quantifying groove (104). The volume of the specimen quantifying groove or diluted solution quantifying groove is adjusted by means of the quantity regulation control member, thereby providing more mixing ratios between specimens and diluted solution, and meanwhile reducing the mold-making cost of the arc body.
