<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water washing toilet seat for heating water stored in a region below a hot water heater in a hot water tank up to a temperature set by control means and increasing the duration of hot water. <P>SOLUTION: The hot water washing toilet seat includes a hot water tank unit 2 to which water is supplied from a water supply source for producing hot water. The hot water tank unit 2 includes a hot water tank 10 for storing the water supplied from the water supply source, and having a water inlet 13 formed in the lower part and a hot water outlet 14 formed in the upper part, a hot water heater unit 15 having a sheath heater 15a for heating the water flowing from the inlet 13 of the hot water tank 10, and a thermister 16 for detecting the temperature of the hot water heated in the hot water tank 10.
