摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gelation-controlled styrene resin composition comprising a highly-branched polystyrene of ultrahigh molecular weight and a linear polystyrene, and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a styrene-based resin composition containing a highly-branched styrene-based copolymer of ultrahigh molecular weight and a linear polymer is provided, wherein a vinyl-based monomer indispensably including styrene is added with 50-5,000 ppm by weight of a solvent-soluble multifunctional vinyl compound copolymer having two or more vinyl groups on average in one molecule and branched structure, followed by uniform mixing, and then subjected to suspension polymerization in water. There is thus obtained the styrene-based resin composition including the highly-branched copolymer of ultrahigh molecular weight produced by polymerization of the solvent-soluble multifunctional vinyl compound copolymer and the vinyl-based monomer, and the linear polymer produced by polymerization of the vinyl-based monomer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
