DEPOSITION APPARATUS FOR RESIN FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deposition apparatus for a resin film which can estimate a crosslinking density of the resin film 10 while the resin film 10 including a crosslinker is being wound.

SOLUTION: The deposition apparatus includes: a resin film deposition part 20 for forming the resin film 10 including the crosslinker; a resin film guide part 30 for guiding the formed resin film 10 to a winding roll 31; a cutting separation part 50 for continuously separating a strip inspection film 40 by cutting the resin film 10 parallel to a conveyance direction of the resin film 10; a viscosity measuring device 70 for measuring viscosity of a specifically shaped measuring sample piece 41; a measuring sample piece sampling and conveying mechanism 60 for sampling the specifically shaped measuring sample piece 41 from the inspection film 40 after cut and separated, and conveying the sample piece to the viscosity measuring device 70; and an inspection film winding guide part 90 for guiding the inspection film to an inspection film winding roll 91.
