The present invention provides: a composition comprising (i) a polymer having a group -SO3M and an epoxy group wherein M represents a hydrogen atom, an alkali metal element, an alkali earth metal element or an ammonium ion and (ii) a silane compound having at least two independently selected from a hydroxy group, an alkoxy group and a halogen atom which are bound to a silane atom; and a hydrophilic film produced by curing the composition. The hydrophilic film according to the present invention has excellent hydrophilicity, durability and abrasion resistance/weather resistance and also having high anti-fogging performance, stain-proof performance, anti-static performance and quick-dry performance (water evaporation performance). Thus, various types of laminates each produced by laminating the hydrophilic film according to the present invention on a base can be provided. |
