<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column for liquid chromatography in which decrease in theoretical plate number is suppressed in a state where it is bent to be compact. <P>SOLUTION: A column for liquid chromatography has a tube, and an organic polymer-based monolith formed inside the tube, with the length being equal to or more than 0.1 m, having a bent part, and the height equivalent of one theoretical plate being equal to or less than 0.3 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
