<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key switch manufacturing method for integrally forming a key top and a pusher on both faces of a film. <P>SOLUTION: A first molding die 5 having a first molding recess 7 for molding a key top 2 is prepared, and the first molding recess 7 is filled with ultraviolet hardening resin 10. Then, a transparent substrate film 1 is located to radiate light through the substrate film 1, and therefore, the key top 2 is formed on a single face of the substrate film 1. A light shielding printing layer 3 is formed on the other face of the substrate film 1 on which the key top 2 is formed. A second transparent molding die 6 having a second molding recess 8 for molding a pusher 4 is prepared, and the second molding recess 8 is filled with the ultraviolet hardening resin 10. Then, the substrate film 1 on which the key top 2 is formed is located to radiate the light through the second molding die 6, and therefore, the pusher 4 is formed on a printing layer formation face of the substrate film 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
