[Problem] To provide a power transmission device with which the occurrence of breather blow through an air hole can be prevented using existing parts, thereby preventing an increase in the manufacturing cost. [Solution] A power transmission device (11) for which a terminal block (81) opposing an air hole (59) is attached to the top part of a housing (21), and the terminal block (81) is located between the air hole (59) and a breather hole (60). This terminal block (81) is equipped with: terminals (87U, 87V), which connect the bus cable connectors of a bus cable with the terminals (86U, 86V) of the wires (85U, 85V) of the stator (44) of a motor generator (17) housed in a motor chamber (71) at the top of the housing (21) of a transaxle case (12); and a housing (82) that holds the terminals (87U, 87V).
