PURPOSE: A service providing system for safe transportation is provided to supply information on a movement route of a vehicle to an external server, thereby enabling a user to safely use the transportation. CONSTITUTION: A safety server(10) generates authentication fingerprint data for a legal driver of a vehicle or a first OTP(One Time Password) signal. The safety server monitors a generated safety signal. When the authentication fingerprint data corresponds to an inputted fingerprint data which is inputted in the vehicle, a safety alarm terminal(30) generates and outputs a first safety signal. When the first OTP signal corresponds to the data for a second OTP signal generated in the vehicle, the safety alarm terminal generates and outputs a second safety signal.
