<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear light source device, which is used to attain a surface light source device by being combined with a light guide plate, capable of restraining heat conduction to the light guide plate. <P>SOLUTION: The linear light source device 1 is provided with a long and narrow rectangular wiring board 10, light-emitting elements 11 linearly arranged on the wiring board 10, reflectors 12 arranged on the wiring board 10 for each light-emitting element, and a sealing resin 13 for sealing the light-emitting elements 11. The reflector 12 is composed of two portions 12a, 12b by sandwiching the light-emitting element 11 in the longitudinal direction of the wiring board 10, and projected sections 18 are provided on upper surfaces 14a, 14b of respective two sections 12a, 12b. Further, spacers 17 are arranged on the wiring board 10 between the reflector 12 and the other neighboring reflector 12 and on an end of the wiring board 10. Height of the spacer 17 is equal to the height of the top part of the projected section 18 of the reflector 12 from the surface on mounting side of the light-emitting elements 11 of the wiring board 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
