<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system that exactly estimates the positional relation between a radio communication device and a mobile terminal, controls radio connection between them according to the estimation result, and thereby, is able to automatically establish and disconnect radio connection at optimal timing without requiring special connection operation of a user. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication system, in which a digital signage 1 comprising a plurality of radio APs and a mobile terminal 2 perform radio communication, comprises, in the mobile terminal 2, a radio wave intensity measuring unit 201 which sequentially transmits a connection request at a prescribed interval on a communication channel used by each radio AP of the signage 1, and measures the radio wave intensity of a connection response returned from the corresponding radio AP sequentially; a radio intensity summing unit 202 for summing the radio wave intensity of each connection response in time sequence; a movement state estimation unit 203 for estimating a movement state relative to the signage 1 on the basis of the summation result; and a radio connection control unit 204 for controlling connection with the radio APs on the basis of the estimation result of the movement state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
