BACK-LIGHT UNIT AND 3-DIMENSIONAL DISPLAY DEVICE HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A backlight unit and a 3-dimensional display device having the same are provided to secure a 3D image without a separate apparatus like polarized glasses by using a backlight unit which supplies light to viewer's eyes. CONSTITUTION: A light guide unit(210) radiates the light of a light source unit(220) to the direction of a display panel. The first and the second light guide plate(211,212) of the light guide unit is a wedge light guide plate. A prism sheet(230) refracts the light emitted from the light guide unit with an angle corresponding to binocular parallax. A lens sheet(240) diffuses the refracted light to viewer's eyes.
