The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for transmitting a reference signal in a wireless communication system. The present description discloses a method for transmitting a reference signal in a wireless communication system, comprising: a step of transmitting, to a terminal, a terminal-specific value which is a parameter to be used in generating a reference signal sequence specific to said terminal; a step of setting a value of a scrambling code identifier based on said transmitted terminal-specific value or a cell-specific value; a step of calculating an initialization value of a PN sequence using said scrambling code identifier; a step of generating a first reference signal sequence using the initialization value of the PN sequence; a step of mapping the first reference signal sequence to a resource element; and a step of transmitting a reference signal to the terminal using the resource element to which the first reference signal sequence is mapped. |
