AL-SI-FE-ZN ALLOY HAVING HIGH THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY FOR DIE CASTING

摘要

PURPOSE: An Al-Si-Fe-Zn alloy with high thermal conductivity for die casting is provided to obtain strength greater than pure aluminum and excellent cast-ability simultaneously with thermal conductivity of 160W/mK or greater, thereby being applicable to various parts which need excellent thermal conductivity. CONSTITUTION: An Al-Si-Fe-Zn alloy with high thermal conductivity for die casting comprises 1.0-2.0wt% of Si, 0.8-1.6wt% of Fe, 0.6-1.0wt% of Zn, and the rest of Al and unavoidable impurities.
