<p>The screw (1) has a head part (3) arranged on a screw-in part (2), and a U-shaped recess (4) arranged in the head part. A closing device (13) has a yoke-shaped locking unit (15), and a groove (12) runs transversely to side pieces (7, 8) of the recess, such that the unit is arranged between the side pieces and rotatable. A tension screw (16) is screwable into the unit, and a tension unit (14) is tensioned against a rod inserted into the recess by the tension screw, where the tension unit is inserted between the side pieces and the rod is made from biocompatible plastic e.g. polyurethane.</p> |
