PURPOSE: A distance measuring sensor module using a VCM(Voice Coil Magnetic) actuator is provided to allow a sensor module to measure a distance to an object without a rotary motor. CONSTITUTION: A distance measuring sensor module(500) using a VCM actuator comprises a sensor module(510), VCM actuators(520,530), and guides(540,550). The sensor module applies a triangulation method, thereby measuring a distance to an object in the front and lateral sides. The VCM actuator is composed of one or more magnets and a coil holder, which covers the magnets and moves linearly in a vertical direction by the electromechanical force. The guides deliver the linear movement of the coil holder to the sensor module. The linear movement of the coil holder is transmitted to the sensor module through the guides, thereby being converted into left and right rotational movement. The sensor module measures a distance to the object in the front and rear sides while rotating to a left side or a right side.
