<p>A vaccine or immunogenic composition comprises an inactivated salmonid alphavirus, with a titre of at least 7.5x108 TCID50/ml, combined with one or more components selected from the group consisting of: a killed or inactivated bacterium, an inactivated virus other than salmonid alphavirus, a fungus, a parasite; or an antigenic and/or immunogenic material derived from any of these components. The salmonid alphavirus is preferably derived from the SAV1, SAV2 or SAV3 subtypes. Other components of the vaccine may be directed against Aeromonas salmonicida, Aeromonas hydrophila, Vibrio salmonicida, Vibrio anguillarum 01 and/or 02, Vibrio ordali, Moritella viscosa, Flavobacterium columnaris, Haphnia spp., Piscirickettsia salmonis, and/or infectious pancreatic necrosis virus (IPNV).</p> |
