The invention relates to a method for the permanent assembly of at least one first part formed by a first material (1) and at least one second part formed by a second material (2) and intended to trap said first part. The invention comprises the following steps: selecting at least one of the two materials to be at least partially amorphous metal; defining the thermal cycle of the two parts with, for the first part, a first temperature rise gradient followed by a first cooling gradient and, for the second part, a second temperature rise gradient to ensure an expansion allowing the second part to be assembled to the at least one first part, followed by a second cooling gradient allowing the second part to shrink around the first part in order to trap same; assembling the at least one second part to the at least one first part, such as to immobilise the latter; dimensioning the two parts and selecting the thermal expansion coefficient of the second material in relation to that of the first material, in order to obtain, according to the circumstances, a permanent assembly in which the second part is clamped to the first part or a permanent assembly with at least one degree of freedom between the second and first parts.
|
