PURPOSE: A device for opening and closing a reservoir is provided to prevent an economic loss due to the leakage and contamination of a reservoir by minimizing oil leakage. CONSTITUTION: A device for opening and closing a reservoir comprises a cap(110) and a gasket. The cap is combined with an oil injection port which is protruded from the upper end of the reservoir. The cap connects an inlet(111a) and an outlet(111b) and is equipped with an air channel which is connected to the atmosphere. The inlet is positioned at the inner center of the cap and the outlet is positioned in the inner circumference of the cap. The gasket is equipped between the oil injection port and cap for preventing oil leakage and is equipped with a vent hole for ventilating air by the center.
