<p>The method for charging a preheater (1) with heating elements (4) for charging materials (6) by glass-smelting plant, comprises applying the charging materials through sensors (15) controlled in uniform distribution on upper heating elements, arranging a distributing device over the upper heating elements with three pivoting distribution plates (12, 13, 14), whose rotation axes pass in the horizontal edges of a virtual prism, ruining the upper distribution plate of the charging materials alternating on one of the distribution plates. The method for charging a preheater (1) with heating elements (4) for charging materials (6) by glass-smelting plant, comprises applying the charging materials through sensors (15) controlled in uniform distribution on upper heating elements, arranging a distributing device over the upper heating elements with three pivoting distribution plates (12, 13, 14), whose rotation axes pass in the horizontal edges of a virtual prism, ruining the upper distribution plate of the charging materials alternating on one of the distribution plates that throw off the collected charging materials towards bottom, and controlling the movement of the distribution plates of sensors with an evaluate- and control circuit and the distribution plates associated to the control levers in the sense of a uniform surface distribution of the charging materials over the cross-section of the preheater. An independent claim is included for a device for charging a preheater with a distributing device and with a heating element for charging materials by glass-smelting plant.</p> |
